PPGL is pre-painted galvalume steel. It is a product made of hot-dip galvalume steel sheet. After surface pretreatment, one or several layers of organic coating are applied on the surface, and then baked and solidified. The color coated steel coil is light in weight, beautiful in appearance, and has good anti-corrosion performance, and can be directly processed.

Laminated Film

PPGL Coil (pre-coated aluminum-zinc steel coil) has an aluminum-zinc alloy layer combined with an organic coating, which has a corrosion resistance 2-6 times higher than that of traditional galvanized sheets, and is particularly suitable for harsh environments such as humidity, acid and alkali. The aluminum element in its alloy layer forms a dense aluminum oxide protective film, which effectively blocks moisture and oxygen, while the zinc element further prevents the substrate from rusting through the sacrificial anode effect, and the double guarantee extends the service life of the material.
PPGL Coil surface coating adopts a high-performance resin system (such as PVDF, HDP), which can resist natural erosion such as ultraviolet rays, high temperature, and humidity. Experimental data show that PVDF coating can still remain non-fading and non-powdering for more than 15 years in coastal high salt fog environments, while HDP coating can last up to 12-15 years in industrial pollution environments, which is significantly better than ordinary polyester coatings.
