420 Stainless Steel Sheet

420 stainless steel plate is a martensitic stainless steel, containing 12-14% chromium and a relatively high carbon content (0.15-0.40%), and is known for its excellent hardness (HRC50+) and wear resistance. After heat treatment, it has excellent edge retention and is widely used in surgical instruments, knives, bearings and other precision parts. Although its corrosion resistance is slightly inferior to 304, its surface corrosion resistance can be significantly improved through polishing or plating, making it one of the preferred materials in the medical and tool industries.

Stainless steel plate is a metal plate made of stainless steel (mainly composed of iron, chromium, nickel and other alloys) through hot rolling, cold rolling, annealing and other processes.
